Mrs. Cleopha Cherista Sorensen Jeppsen, 79, of 3471 Porter, Ogden, former Mantua resident, died in a local nurs. ing home Sunday morning. Mrs. Jeppsen was born July 7, 1889 in Mantua, a daughter of Michael and Mary Ann Jacobsen Sorensen. She was married to Reuben Lorenzo Jeppsen on Oct. 20, 1911 in Ogden. They made their home in Mantua until moving to Ogden in 1960. She had served as a Relief society worker in the Mantua LDS ward.
