The Utah-ldahdistrict is comprised of youths from 45 clubs representing most of the high schools in the two state and 450 members are expected to attend the three day meet. District Governor Hyer is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Norwood Hyer and has been active in Key 'club work for three years.
