Trooper Richard Haycock, Uah Highway patrol, apprehended the youth at 10:33 p m. after the car he was driving was reported missing from a Brigham City residence. Owner of the vehicle, a station wagon, was identified as Lee Clements, 79 South SecHe reported the ond East. car missing at 9:52 p.m., according to local police. The youth also was linked with the theft of a second vehicle earlier in the evening. Owner of that car, also a station wagon, was reported to be Dale E. Valentine, 410 West Seventh North. The Valentine car was discovered missing at 7:30 pm.
