| Show we are in receipt of the report ot of 1 the lewis and dark clark exposition commission for the state of utah we are very much pleased with the report for several reasons it is a credit eres cres to the commission in that it shows show s earnest application on the part of the members to the werk for which they were appointed and not the least among the praiseworthy ewort hy features is that item of returned to the state As one of our exchanges very aptly remarked this point alone distinguishes it favorably from the generality of such reports it will be a much more pleasant ROM item for the next legislature to consider than was the making up of the deficit from the st louis exposition the commission on did its work well L r and is entitled to a hearty vote of thanks from the citizens of this state |
