Fife, has been named as a nominee for the post of National Director of the Associated General Contractors. The announcement was made by the Utah office of the AGC. According to reports, the members of the AGC do 90 percent of all construction in the nation. Some 15 percent of all labor is also employed by members of the association. The organization is considered the recognized spokesman for the general contracting industry. The Utah organization is one of 127 chapters throughout the nation. Also on the board of directors for the state group is Jay Wad-maWadman Construction of Brigham City League of Women Voters scheduled its next unit meeting for Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the home of Mrs. William Knudsen, 125 West First North.
