The matter was not brought to a vote. Plans Are Progressing Harold B. Felt, school board member, reported on a meeting held by the Box Elder High school building committee with Fred Fowler of the State Department of Education and school architects. Felt said plans for the new high school are progressing rapidly and should be out for bids by February or March of 1960. Felt suggested that- the building committee review plans and materials with the architect before final approval is made, and that the meeting be held in about two weeks. In other business, the board passed a resolution protesting the of a drive-i- n construction type building across the street from the school. The resolution Central cited the traffic hazard that such a building would create. It will be forwarded to the Brigham City Council. A request from Brigham City for utilities for an pasement across the corner of a piece of land owned by the school board in the northeast section of the city was brought up for discussion. It was decided to refer the matter to Walter G.
