Show COME TO OttDER Three Men Charged First District Court Releases County In Burglary Case Three Logan men were arraigned in city court this week buron charges of second-degreglary. Kenneth L. Varner. 20; Michael Worley, 21, and Warren Brown, all waived preliminary hearing and were bound over to First District court. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 property for Worley and Varner. Bond for Brown was set at $1,500 cash and $3,000 property. Sentenced to Jail a A Brigham City man drew fine and jail term in city court Friday after he pleaded guilty to charges of drunk driving and driving with a revoked license. Duane II. Poulsen was fined $250 for drunk driving and sentenced to 20 days in the county jail on the second offense. Baty Morrison will be honored at homecoming testimonial Sunday evening, after returning from the Northwestern States Mission. Homecoming Set For Missionary Sunday Evening A homecoming testimonial will honor Elder Baty Morrison, Sunday evening at 7 p. m., in the Brigham City Fourth LDS ward chapel. Elder Morrison returned last r week after completing a mission for the LDS church in the Northeastern States. While in the mission field, Elder Morrison labored at Vancouver, B. C., Seattle, Wash., Springfield, Ore., Bellingham, Wash., and he served as supervising elder in the North District for five months, after which he was called to serve as special traveling representative of the mission presidency for the last two months of his mission. A nephew of Mrs. Jane B. Clark, he is now enrolled at Utah State University. Friends and relatives of returned missionary and family are invited to attend the homecoming, according to Bishwho op Clark M. Rasmussen, will preside. ASKETBALL Student Teacher Miss Karen Marie Jensen from Utah State University has ar-- ! rived at Central school as a student teacher serving for the next six weeks.
