Show Television Star Visits Briefly With Friends Fannie Belle Harvey Is Bride Fannie Belle Harvey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Harvey, Ogden, repeated vows in nuptial rites at St. Henrys Catholic church Saturday afternoon, June 30, at 2 oclock, with Ernest H. Leland, son of Mrs. Beth Leland, Toniles, Arizona. Mlsg JlV.' Father Francis P. Dunn, S. J., sang the nuptial mass in the presence of family members and Intermountain school friends and teachers. For her wedding vows the lovely bride donned a gown of white satin and Chantilly lace. The skirt was full and floor length. The bodice featured tiny d buttons in the front With small collar adorned with seed pearls. The long sleeves With lily points over the wrists were fastened with buttons and accented with Chantilly lace. A ruffled crown of self-covere- self-covere- d Chantilly lace held the fingertip veil of tulle, The veil was lace edged. She carried a bouquet of carnations with lilies and delphiniums accenting. White satin tied the arrangement. Attending as bridesmaids were Jessie Lucy Harvey, a cousin, gowned in blue summer net and Frances Gorman in pink summer net. Both carried complimentary bouquets of sweet peas and daisies tied with pink streamers. Best man duties were performed by John D. Yazzie and Joe Lee McCurtain. Prior to leaving for a honeymoon in Arizona, the just-wed- s were honored at a wedding reception at 3 oclock in Building 81 at Intermountain school. Mrs. Malcolm Queton presided at the tea table with Miss Melba Rae, former Willard resident, visited briefly in Willard recently with her friends. She had flown from New York to 'spend a vacation in Palo Alto, Calif., with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Marshall and renewing old acquaintances. For the past four years Miss Rae has been on CBS daytime TV drama, Search for Tomorrow. She has also gained theatrical fame on Broadway and in television. She is a BEHS graduate and attended Stanford University at Palo Alto prior to being named Elgin Queen in 1939 at the Exposition in San Francisco. She has been in New York since that time. Her mother is the former Es sie Hansen Toombs, daughter of C. C. Hansen, Brigham City. Miss Rae is a niece of Mrs. Ivy H. Frye, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Toombs, Brigham City. Eula Battlse and Mrs. Jerry King assisting. The tea table was centered with a beautiful pink and white three tiered wedding cake. The topmost layer was held with white swans and featured a miniature bride and bridegroom. Lighted tapers flanked the cake. Relatives, school chums and teachers gathered to extend best wishes to the newlyweds. Serving was conducted by Gretchen Queton, Marcia Jack-son- , Irene Olney and Francis Tommaney. The young couple plan to reside in Ogden upon their return from Arizona. a graduate of 1954 from Intermountain school, has been employed at Wades Mill in Ogden for the past two and one-hal- f years.
