Pastor Wally Toevs said today David Swartz, youth secretary of the Board of National Missions of the Presbyterian Church, USA, will be principal speaker at the dedicatory rites. Also participating will be ministers and elders of the Presbytery of Utah. Mr. Toevs said the public is cordially invited to the ceremonies. Preceding the dedication services a banquet will be held in the recreation hall at Third South and First East, beginning at 6 p. m. Dr. William Crosby Ross of Salt Lake City will be the speaker. Price will be $1.50 per plate, Toevs said.
