Brigham City Survey. Also both sides of 2nd West Street from the North side of Forest to the North side of Second North Street being the West side of Blocks 22 and 27, Plat A. and the East side of Blocks 23 and 26 of Plat A. Brigham City Survey. The total cost of said im proveents is estimated to be $25,000. The estimated uniform cost per front foot or lineal foot of abutting property for said Improvements is $350, Private driveways and walks are extra and have an estimated cost of $40 per square foot.-All protests or objections to such improvements or to the carrying out of said intention must be in writing, signed by the owners of the property affected, or benefited, describing the same, together with the number of front feet, and are to be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 28th day of March, A. D., 1955. The City Council at its first t, regular meeting thereafter, the 7th day of April, A. D., 1955, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests and objections of said improvements as shall have been made.
