Mr. Moyes presented each girl with a silvered wheat corsage and the girls in turn gave their mothers a beautiful carnation. Highlight of the evening was when each mother presented her daughter with a beautiful heirloom or something for her daughters trousseau. Refreshments were served at the conclusion of the meeting. Guest speaker for the evening will be Miss Myrtle R. Jensen, who is associated with the, L'SAO training school at Logan. Miss Jensen will speak on stimulating childrens interest in reading and will discuss the subject of phonetics. She is a most capable teacher and has conducted several extension classes for teachers who are instructing children in reading.
