Following the opening song Jean Hust offered invocation. MerLynn Harris then led the children in the project. Mrs. Jean Packer announced the following program numbers: poem, Patty Rasmussen; song, Richard Keller; poem, Larry Gordon; song, Elma Westovar; poem, Kathleen Owen; piano selection, Kathleen Dickey; vocal trio, Jimmy Harmon, Chris Pella and Jimmy Earl; piano number, Linda Jeppsen; reading, Marlene Bosley; piano solo, Jeralyn Payne; flute trio, David Rees, Jack Cazier and Kent Beecher. Closing number was a , piano solo by Brent Hess. Mrs. Karen Wilde offered the benediction and festivities closed with presentation of candy canes' to each child present. r . St life A beautifully planned Christmas party was held by members of Brigham , Business and Professional Womens club on Monday evening at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Russell Fishibum, with American Legion Auxiliary serving as caterers. The home was beautifully decorated. The guests were served at an table centered with varigated holly and candles. Tiny Christmas trees with bases filled with candy and nuts marked the places for each guest. Booklets were also at each , place. Hot turkey dinner was served. Following dinner games were played and prizes awarded to Mrs. Dorothy Olsen, Mr. Jennie L. Jones and Miss Lenore Ro-me- r. ' Mrs. LaVon Reeves entertained with a reading and Christmas carols were sung. JTie party concluded with the exchange of Christmas gifts. Freeze a par ty was held in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Lamoine L. Freeze, recent newlyweds. Neighbors and friends joined with the couple for an evening of fun. Many lovely gifts were presented to the honored pair. Relatives honored the young people at a shower on, Saturday, December 6. The pair recited wedding vows in Ogden on November 21. Mrs. Freeze is the former Sfyirley Checketts, of Ogden. They are residing in Ogden where the bride is employed at the Emporium and the bride groom at Hill field. DETROIT, Mich.
