The innovative special, entitled irh p (fl V & e 'Bing Crosbys Merrie Olde Christmas, is woven around the Crosby family's responding to an invitation from an imaginary British to relative, Sir Percival Crosby, celebrate the holidays in his ancestral English country home filled with characters portrayed by some of & Britain's most popular performers. Included are special guest rock superstar David Bowie (left), Twiggy, Ron Moody, top British awardwinning comic genius Stanley Baxter and the Trinity Boys Choir (from Londons Trinity School) in addition to Crosby's wife Kathryn and their three children.
