Sergeant honored as soldier of year Robert Moyes of Brigham City has received a certificate of accomplishment upon graduation from Farmers Insurance Group of companies career training program. Candidates are given training and experience in 'automobile and fire insurance, policy service and basic claims handling. They then receive basic training in life insurance and commercial lines plus advanced instruction in underwriting and claims handling (while attending at one of the companies regional offices throughout the operating territory.)
