Two youths have been referred to juvenile court on criminal mischief charges in connection with the incident, according to Chief Deputy Curtis Larsen. Larsen said the arrest was made just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday by Deputy Larry Johnston who was hiding near the overpass. Deputies Mike Busby, David Holley and Lynn Yeates were nearby as they staked out the overpass, said Larsen. Larsen said a single shot .22 caliber rifle and a .177 caliber pellet gun were taken as evidence when the arrest was made. Larsen said at least one truck was shot at, a northbound unit, the night the arrests were made. Browning, president and chairman of the board. Nielsen began his career in finanace at Dial Finance in Ogden in 1966.
