Barfuss, Brigham City, will be honored at an open house in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 26, from 3 to 7 p.m. The event will be hosted by their children at the home of their daughter and Joyce and. An invitation is extended to all friends and relatives to attend the open house. It is requested that there be no gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Barfuss were married June 23, 1926, in the Logan LDS temple. Both have been active in the LDS church, and they are former Logan LDS temple workers. They are the parents of seven children: Leo H. Barfuss, Jr., California; Shirley Tarbut, Salt Lake City; Dell Barfuss and Paul Barfuss, Ogden; Beverley Burkhart, 111.; Beth and Joyce, Logan.
