She was one of Yuba Citys first subdividers, developing Brooks avenue and Elm street and building homes at several other locations. Also surviving are two brothers and a sister, Owen Cheney of Salt Lake City; Clayton Cheney of Logan and Alda Ferry of Brigham City. Younger Younger Irvil Kenneth Younger, 62, of 195 South Main, Willard, was killed instantly Friday, Nov. 28, 1975 in a traffic accident in north Willard. He was born Aug. 28, 1913 in Gentry, Mo., a son of Noble G. and Paradine Manion Younger. He married Doris Barker March 8, 1941 in Willard. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He was reared in Missouri and served in the CCC camp prior to World War II in the Willard area. He was secretary of the Willard Lions club and had served as past president. He was a former member of the city council and a member of the Willard Second ward. He was a member of the wards choir. He is survived by two sons and two daughters, Phillip N. Younger of North Ogden; Mrs. Bert (Cheryl) Moffitt of Brigham City; Douglas K. Younger and Mrs. Carl H. (Meridith) Olson Jr., both of Willard; 13 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Lee Younger and Mrs. Opal Fern Howell, both of Albany, Mo.; Mrs. Ida Howell of Garnett, Kan.; and Harold Younger of Grand Island, Neb. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Willard Ward chapel. Friends may call Monday 7 to Funeral 9p.m. in the Olsen-Fechapel, 205 South First East, and Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until services at the Willard chapel. Interment will be in the Willard cemetery. She was a former president of the Willard Relief society, was a Relief society teacher and was secretary in the Junior Sunday school. She was a member of the Willard Second ward and a choir member. Survivors include two sons and two daughters: Phillip N. Younger of North Ogden; Mrs. Bert (Cheryl) Moffitt of Brigham City; Douglas K. Younger and Mrs. Carl H. (Meridith) Olson Jr., both of Willard; 13 grandchildren; the following brothers and sisters: Earl J. Barker of Ashton, Idaho; Carl S. Barker of Washington Terrace; Rex L. Barker of Salt Lake City; Dean T. Barker, Harry A. Barker and Mrs. Anthony (Ruth) Marrone, all of Willard. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Willard Ward chapel.
