DEBRA J DUNN AND RUSSELL PAYNE Newcomers set annual holiday dance Members of the Welcome Wagon Newcomers club are looking forward to the clubs annual Christmas dance which is slated for Saturday, Dec. 13, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the local Elks Lodge.
