David James Griest, P.O. Box Brigham City, forfeited bail on each of two citations when he failed to appear. Peter G. Smith, 32, Lupten, Ariz., was fined $100. In other recent court action, Peter A. Nez, Intermountain school, was fined $100 for reckless driving. Jay Tracy, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 60 days in the Box Elder County jail for issuing a fraudulent check. Marvin S. Casey, 30, 10852 South 20th East, Sandy, was fined $70 for speeding 85 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone. Benjamin Perry, 47, Idaho Falls, was fined $50 for public intoxication. 181, $300 Frank Toledo, 34, of street, Ogden, forfeited 612-24t- h bail $50 on public intoxication. Julius Yazzie, 23, 13th East and Second South, Salt Lake City, forfeited $50 bail on a citation for public intoxication. Harry Peterson, 20, Intermountain school, was fined $50 and sentenced to 30 days for public intoxication. The court Utility trailer breaks loose, causes damage utility trailer broke loose from a car on First South last Tuesday and caused a total of $400 damage, according to police reports. The accident happened at 9 a.m., abut 300 feet east of Main street, the police accident report indicated. Officer Redding said the trailer was not fastened with a safety chain and the unit unhooked. The tongue struck the Earl vehicle and a fender came around and hit the Packer auto. Damage to the Earl car was $200 and loss to the Packer vehicle was $150. Damage to the trailer was estimated at $50. Packer was cited for safety chain on vehicle not secured.
