Show Beta Sigma Phi sets annual holiday auction Epsilon chapter of Beta Sigma Phi will hold its annual public holiday auction on Thursday, Nov. 29, at the War AUCTION ITEMS - Showing just a few of the many homemade items that will be on sale at Beta Sigma Phis annual public auction on Thursday evening are sorority members Carol Gilding, Dee Cole, and Kathy Ogden. Memorial home. Browsing and buying from tables and the bake sale will begin at 7 p.m. in order that those attending may look over items that will be placed on auction, and table items will be sold throughout the evening. The actual auction of the many homemade items will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will include Christmas stockings and decorations, many stuffed toys and childrens items, baby quilts and pillows, and a host of other gift ideas for the holidays. The final part of the auction will be a drawing for a fun quilt of red and white checks on one side and gay red, white and blue patchwork on the other. Tickets for the quilt are on sale from any member of the chapter or from Deanna Valentine at the Nut Shell where the quilt is on display until the day of the auction.
