Show v 8 BOX Area Schools Set Carnivals ELDER NEWS, Brigham City, Utah Sunday, October 24, 1971 Four elementary schools in Brigham City area announced plans this week PTA Halloween carnivals on Friday night. Starting time is 6:30 p.m. at Lake View school with family dinner including barbecue and pronto pups, soft drinks, and a fine selection of baked goods will be served until 8 p.m. Games will also begin at 6:30 p.m., with a bargain price of per ticket placed for every game along with the added attractions of a fortune teller, fish pond, and cake walk. At 8:15 p.m. the children will e gather in the room for the costume parade and judging of costumes for cash prizes. At that time, the lucky name will be drawn for a hand-mad- e quilt for which the s fifth and have been selling tickets.
