Show I i Official to Address Scout Executive New to District Jaycees, Employers The Lake Bonneville Boy Scout council has appointed a new district executive for Bird Haven district, to Scout Executive Vern Dunn. ' 'I Utah Secretary of State Clyde L. Miller will be guest speaker at the Brigham City Jaycees annual Bosss Night program which Is scheduled Wednesday, Nov. 12, in the Weber State College Union Building Skyroom. The new executive succeeds Leslie who has been Rod transferred to Mountain Ogden district. Young served a mission in California and is active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. A social hour is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. after which Miller will address the local service club members and their employers. His theme will be the drug abuse problem, a key civic project of the Utah Jaycees this year.
