Joe Carr have just returned from a de. vacation which took lightful them to Southern California for over a month. They went first to Los Angeles where they spent ten days visiting relatives and touring interesting atractions. From there they went to San Diego where they visited rela. tives and spent two weeks. While in San Diego they went whale hunting and watched the whales Alaska, coming down from proved a most interesting and unusual experience, according to Mr. Carr. They took a har bor cruise and visited the moth, ball Navy fleet and toured the submai ine base. They also traveled to Tijuana and spent a day.
