Miss Foster Is a graduate of Box Elder High school and LDS Seminary. She has also, attended Weber State college. Grover is Bridegroom-elec- t a graduate of Box Elder High school and has attended Utah State university. He is a member of the Army Reserve, and owns a farm in Snowvllle. The couple will make a home in Brigham City following the early spring ceremony. y Enjoys Review Epsilon chapter of Eeta Sigma Phi held its meeting on Feb. 3 at the home of Phyllis Andrews. Most of the new pledges completed their training and took the test for membership.
