This was the opinion voiced by Don Carlson, Thursday chairman of the city Industrial commission, as he spoke to the city council. Carlsons chief purpose for being at the regular council meeting was to ask for more money for Industrial develop, ment purposes $13,000 more. And the council, by unanimous consent, voted to make the nec. essary transfer of funds. Box Elder teachers and the board of education were sche. duled to meet Monday evening In another effort ot resolve their differences over a salary dispute that thwarted Mondays scheduled opening schools. Board members met almost contlnously Monday, appearent-l- y trying to come up with a proposal acceptable to the dls. trlcts nearly 400 teachers. Part of the time was spent talking with State Supt. T.
