He was born Jan. 25, 1896 in Brigham City, to Charles A. and Winnifred Harris Watkins. He married Jennie Neil. She died n 1941 and he later married Vv r . Russel Watkins, Ruth Ford. They were later divorced. Arlene was killed Wednesday afternoon when struck by a car near her home. She was born August 1, 1954, to Walter and Beverly Bartuss Egan. She was a member of the LDS Church and attended Perry Elementary school. Survivors include her parents. Perry; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo H. Barfuss, Logan; Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Egan, Richmond; brothers, sisters, Philip Clark, Tracy, Vickey Joyce, Dixie Ann and Mitzi. Burial was in the Richmond cemetery.
