Clay Allred as guest speaker at the next regular meeting set for Tuesday, March 19, at the Holy Cross Lutheran church fellowship hall Allred, an Ogden planning consultant who has compiled a wide and varied background in Utah community planning, will present the proposed master plan for Brigham City. He will discuss the many problems facing a planner in a community already developed.
