Anderson Mrs. May Woodland of Willard, Mrs. Evadine Holland of Brigham City, Mrs. Wayne Owens and Mr. and Mrs. Laron Anderson of Corinne attended an iris auction and barbecue of the Rainbow Iris society in Ogden Saturday evening. They had a very enjoyable time. WALLACE JONES of Hayward, Ida. was visiting in Corinne while his mother, Mrs. Dyan Jones, was confined to the hospital recently. She is now home and reported feeling much better. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jones attended the national convention of the rural carriers of the U.S. Postal Dept, in Los Angeles, Calif, recently. Their sons David and Terry accompanied them. Mr. Jones is president of the Utah State Chapter of Rural Carriers. Lon and Hazel Hewlett spent a day recently at Twin Lakes in company with Jim and Helen Hewlett and report that they had a nice time.
