The Ogden Chorale is preparing for a busy season with their annual spring concert being presented at Ogden High school auditorium on May 2 and 3, prior to their appearance here. Edward A. Sandgren is director, and has lined up concerts for the group on a tour through Southern Utah, California and Nevada later in the month. Major cities in these areas will be covered. in A SPECIAL honor received by the Chorale is an invitation to participate in an international festival to be held in Austria in 1963. Membership of this group consists of 45 mixed voices from all walks of life. It is the aim of Sandgren and his chorus to contribute to the cultural development of the Northern Utah area in musical way. THE GROUP has appeared on television, participated in the biennial convention of American eration of Music clubs in San Diego, and has given concerts in many cities.
