Show Events Set Action-Fille- d Civil Defense A statewide civil defense alert will take place sometime this week, acording to Leonard A. Higgins, director, Utah Civil Defense Corps. The exercise, called in connection with an attack exercise to be conducted by North America will be Air Defense Command, primarily to test ability of state and local civil defense organization in Utah, it was explained. The public is being advised and warned that the alert is a test and not to be confused with an actual attack, Higgins said. n Jaycee Chairman Donrey says the fly-i- n breakfast will get underway at 7 a. m. with pi- st the Inter- mountain West expected to land for ham and eggs and all the trimmings.
