Sept 2 The grandfather of the bride, Loraine Rollins, editor and publisher of the Uinta County Herald, Evanston, Wyo , performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Rollins of Brigham City. The bridegrooms parents are Mr. and Mrs Joseph W.
