New residents of the community are particularly urged to come to the tea, where they will have the opportunity to become acquainted with other newcomers and the wives of civic leaders and officers of local ladies clubs. Invitations have been extended to the presidents of all ladies , clubs, along with wives of civic officials and wives of church dignitaries to attend the tea. Members of Newcomers club are urged to be present, and to bring a neighbor who is new to the community. Hosting the annual event will be the executive board of the club, with president Mrs Richard Mein-er- t heading the committee.
