He was born Aug. 24, 1889, in Nephi, a son of Jedediah M. and Eliza Bigler Grover. He was reared in Loa, Utah, and attended the Brigham Young Academy at Logan, He was a high priest in the LDS Brigham City First ward. He had been bishop of the Penrose ward and branch president in Townsend, Mont. He had been a farmer and was a caretaker at Pine View dam from 1943 to 1948. On Sept. 19, 1910, he married Jeannette Morris irt Logan. They later received endowments in the Logan temple. They had lived in Pocatello valley, Fielding, Garlahd, Tremonton, and Penrose and came to Brigham City In 1948.
