For that is the date set for a $2,500,000 bond election which, if given voter approval, would finance a giant water development project. Even without scratching the surface of a years research piled up on the project, it is clearly evident that Brigham, City must expand its services as its population continues to grow. And no factor is ever more important to growth than a communitys water supply. It has been said that the economy of Utah rises and falls on the tide of its water supply. Because of the magnitude of this proposed development and its direct bearing on Brigham Citys future, the Box Elder News and Journal plans to publish a series of nine articles describing all facts of the project. The series is aimed at you the citizens of Brigham City. For you will make the final decision on May 26. Articles will be devoted to the following topics: 1.
