Brigham City Partriarch, Nephi J. Valentine, believed to have lived in Brigham City longer than any other person, will celebrate his 90th birthday anniversary Nov. 15, with a special program planned in his honor in the Second LDS ward chapel, Sunday, Nov. 17, beginning at 7 m. , His six P- - children, 21 grandchildren and 17 will honor him at a family dinner on Saturday.
