Mrs. Lucinda Jensen, of Bear River City,' president, presided and gave a welcome address to the delegates in attendance from the Unions throughout the state. At the morning session, devotion was given by Mrs. Dora Mae Mowbray of Ogden. and pledges to the American, Christian and Temperance flags was led by Mrs. Lois Hubbard of Brigham City. Memorial service and flower tribute to three deceased members was conducted by Mrs. Agnes Jones of Salt Lake City. Reptirts were heard from officers and directors of the various departments. Directors for two new departments were appointed, namely: Adult Bible Speech Contest, Pollard of Salt Lake City; Health and Medical, Mrs. Ethel Palmer of Tremonton.
