Show Hay Stack Goes Up InFlamesTuesday Fifty tons of hay was completely destroyed Tuesday at 11:45 a. m. in Bear River City, fire department files show. The local department was summoned to assist the Tremonton fire department in putting out the fire at the residence of Roy Lewis. Former Pastor t IN held Funeral services Thursday for Fredrick Alfred Holland, age 76, who died Monday afternoon at his residence, 45 South Third East. Mr. Holland retired from the plastering profession a few years ago. Ho was recognized for having done the plastering work on the Box Elder County Court House, the Carnegie Library, the Fire Station, and many business school houses, churches and buildings throughout the Brigham City and Box Elder county area. He and his brother, Joseph S. Holland did plaster contracting in this locality for many years. He was born at Perry, on Dec. and 29, 1880, a son of Joshua Julia Ann Coult Holland. He was reared In Perry and Brigham City, and was educated in the Box Elder county schools. On June 5, 1907, he married Anna Mabel Hansen in the Logan LDS Temple. They have made their home in Brigham City throughout their entire married life. An active member of the LDS church, he was a high priest in the South Box Elder stake at the time of his death. He had served in the Sunday school and MIA superintendencies, as a teacher in the Sunday school, and as a Boy Scout executive. Surviving are his widow of Brigham City, two daughters: Mrs. Harold M. (Wanda) Petersen of Logan; and Mrs. Darryl J. (Marie) Woodland of Ogden; four grandchildren; and one sis ter, Mrs. Emma H. Crowther of Perry. Funeral services on Thursday will be conducted by Bishop J. Tremonton Man Dies at Home Early Monday Lorenzo Franklin Roundy of Tremonton died Monday morning at his home. Roundy was a High Priest in the LDS South Bear River stake. He had been a ward clerk in Benson ward and one of the seven presidents of the Seventies, 153rd quarum in the Bear River stake. In 1902 and 1903 he served a mission in the Eastern States. He was born June 25, 1878 in Kanarraville, Utah, to Wallace Wesley and Margaret Ann Young Roundy. The family resided in Snowflake, Ariz., Escalante and Benson ward, Utah. He attended Brigham Young college. Roundy married Florence M. Rees in 1900 in the Logan LDS temple. Mrs. Roundy died Dec, 24, 1953, in Tremonton. Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Wallace, Vessey and Delton Roundy, Tremonton; Eldredge Roundy, Corinne; Mrs. Margaret Evans, Mrs. Henry (Afton) Crossman, Mrs. Warren (Owen) Hyde and Mrs. Inez Erb, Brigham City; and John Roundy, Salt Lake Citv. The couple had 29 grandchildren and four great-gran- d children. . He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs, Isabell Cardon, Mrs. Almeda Ballard and Edwin C. Roundy, Benson ward; Joseph Roundy, Ogden; Mrs. Rebecca Allen, Salt Lake City, and John Roundy and Mrs. Leone Munk, Logan. Funeral services will be announced by Rogers Mortuary.
