Nelson, chairman of ' publicity and public relations, and instructor of English at College of Southern Utah for two years, has accepted a position at Brigham Young University. In the public relations department there, he will be coordinator of high schools and junior colleges. Nelson taught English at Box Elder High school for two years before going to CSU. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Lafayette Nelson, Corinne.
