S. 30-A trailer being pulled by a car driven by George Halverson of 400 West Alameda Ave., Burbank, Calif., was struck by a car being driven by Cearle Daley of 136 Portneuf Park, Pocatello, Idaho. Both cars were traveling south at the time of the accident, according to city police reports, when a car was passing the Halverson vehicle and the Daley auto approaching from the rear at a high rate of speed, could not pass because of another car in the outer lane, the police records show. Daley could not stop in time to avoid hitting the trailer pulled by the Halverson car, causing an estimated $250 damage to the trailer. r Shirl Williams of the city investigated the accident' and issued the citation to Daley.
