A wedding breakfast Is planned for family members at the Rio home following the wedding vows Saturday morning. Miss Rio is a graduate of Box Elder High school and is employed at St Benedicts 'hospital in Ogden as a nurses aide. Mr. Harris is also a graduate of Box Elder High school and employed by Bradshaw Auto Parts company. The young couple plan to reside in Brigham City.. Fun Da Lay Festivity Held for 1st Warders The First ward recreation hall was the scene of summer Fun Da Lay festivities for recently. Following welcome to parents by Mrs. Norene Burtcher of the Primary presidency, prayer was offered by Bishop Raymond ' ' Payne. Songs were directed by Mrs. Ruth Beecher followed by an explanation of requirements ' by Mrs. Ann Smith, Blazer teacher; Mrs. Gladys Hanline, Trek-ke- r leader, and Mrs. LaRaine Petersen, Guide Patrol. Games were under the direction of the teachers. All Trailbtlllders attending sang the group song with prayer by Alvin Smith. Refreshments were served to the 41 attending. Great Day for Cousins Held at Burrup Home NUPTIALS SET FOR SATURDAY Miss Consuelo Rio, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Rio, will become the August bride of Jerry Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl N. Harris Saturday, August 18. A wedding breakfast will honor the couple following their wedding vows. Newlyweds Make Home in Honeyville After LDS Temple Vows in Logan Temple July 27 Miss Louise Tolman, Honeyville, became the bride of Joseph Peck Corbett, Salmon, Idaho, in impressive LDS temple rites Friday, July 27 with President A. George Raymond officiating. The double ring ceremony was performed in the Logan LDS temple. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Emily E. Tolman and the late B. Hewett Tolman. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs, Glenn Corbett, Great Falls, Montana. A reception honoring the couple was held the same evening in the Honeyville LDS ward . hall. In line to receive the guests were the young couple, mother of the bride, parents of the groom, Gary Corbett as best man for his brother, Sandy Stoddard as matron of honor; Ellen Tolman, Judy Nell and Harriet Corbett as bridesmaids. Mavis Tolman was flower girl. All attendants wore formal gowns in pastel shades, ballerina or floor lengths, with corsages complimentary to their dresses. For her wedding the bride chose a ballerina length dress of nylon lace and net over taffeta. The round neckline was trimmed with white daisies and the sleeves were long and pointed over the 'wrists. Her fingertip length veil of net caught up to a tiny hat with crown. of blue flowers. Her bouquet was of pink and white carnations. A program was presented during the evening wijh Ben Tolman as master of ceremonies. Program included ivocal duet, Bin Tolman and Gary Corbett; vocal duet, MarRue Hunsaker and Joe Ann Hill; tap dance. Linda Tolman; reading, Melvin Tolman; and musical number, Joan, Mary, Jerry, Sam and Faith Tolman. Mrs. Laura Tolman was at the guest book with Zona, Faith and Robyn Tolman and Mary Hess as gift bearers. At the gift table were Mrs. Hazel Tolman, Mrs. Beth Tolman, Mrs. Wanona Tolmah, Mrs. Vonda 'Hess, Mrs. Twila Fors-gre- n and Mrs. Conley Smith. The brides lovely trousseau was displayed during the reception. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Rosiq, Tolman, Mrs. Wanda Tolman, Mrs. Joy Tolman, Mrs. Marquetta Tolman assisted by Misses Pam, Linda Joan and Mary Tolman, Kathy Forsgren and Shirley Fromm. Edwin Baird, at a dinner party at Maddox Ranch House on Tuesday evening, Aug. 7. Happened early in the morning about two a.m. and the first thing most of us knew about it was when we tried to turn on the faucets and nothing came out but a hissing noise.
