Civic Leader Engineers Survey, Map.Thiokol Site For Building of Rocket Fuel Plant Surveying of the Holmgren property purchased by the Thiokol Chemical corporation was started this week as a preliminary for the establishment of a rocket and guided missile fuel manufacturing plant on the 10,000 acre site, located 17 miles west of Brigham City, Francis Todd, local engineer, has been retained to t run the boundary survey, it was announced by Walter G. Mann, Thiokol attorney. Todd started on this project Monday morning. An aerial mapping program also is underway so' that a grades, levels and elevations may be established on ' . typographical map of the area. After the preliminary surveys have been made, engineers can start laying out the area for development, an ' informed source said.
