Junior High Will Present The eighth annual junior division Christmas entertainment prepared for patrons of the Box Elder high school and the adult public of Brigham City and vicinity will be staged December 17, 1953, at 8 p. m. in the high school auditorium. Christmas in a Wreath of Stars, another original by Marie Thorn Jappsen will be codirected by the author, Carol Warr, speech head, and by J. Earl Johnston, vocal music director at Box Elder high school. With a cast of more than 250, it is designed to include not only specially selected music featuring both the junior divi sion boys and girls choruses, but also not fewer than eight group dances designed and directed by Shirley Jensen, physical education .instructor, and the junior division orchestra directed by J. Wayne Johnson. Colorful costumes, appropriate crisp lines, and humorous situations so typical of (Marie Thorn Jeppsens Christmas programs are very much in evidence in this years story. The enthusiasm of young people of junior high school age directed toward Christmas and the holi day season is highlighted. Other instructors who are directing phases of the entertain ment include Valene Hansen, Vosco P. Call, Floyd Jensen, Mabel Christensen, Dale Ras mussen, Raymond Payne, Mar garet Sewell, Austin Larsen and Mary Robbins.
