He was reared and educated in Brigham City and resided for a time at Cache-Val-le- y, Ogden, Idaho and Dillon, Montana, where he has lived for the past 15 yeans. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Stanley Baldwin, Elmwood, 111.; Mrs. R. L. Mere, Oak Park, 111.; and the following brothers and sisters: George Nichols, Wynn Nichols and Mrs. Lucille Holst, all of iBrigham City; Mrs. Lyle Fishtourn, Salt Lake City; DeLore Nichols, Farmington, Utah; and Burn Nichols, San Francisco and BcVard Nichols, Pittsburg, Pa. Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday), at 1 o'clock In the afternoon at the Harold B. 'Felt funeral home. Bishop Glen Knudsen of the Second ward will officiate. Mr. Flint was born August 1, 1871 at Calls Fort, Box Elder county, son of William Flintnd Georgena Knighton Flint. He was reared in Call's Fort and educated there before moving to Promontory In 1892 where he took up a homestead and has resided since. He married Nellie May Stokes, April 5, 1910, In Ogden, Utah. He Is a member of the L. D. S. church. He has been employed at different times by the Bar-ranch and also by T. G. Brown, cattleman. He Is survived by his widow and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Virginia Hot ter, Howell; Mrs. Ray Hunsaker, Tremonton; Leo Flint and Eugene Flint, both of Promontory; John Flint of - Brigham City; Mrs. Edna Cottongim, Richmond, Ind; 12 grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Mary House, Brigham and City, Mrs. Elizabeth Frod-sha- Pocatello, Idaho.
