A delicious luncheon was served by Mrs. Jensen with the remainder of the evening spent in playing pinochle. Prize winners for the pinochle games were Mrs. J. E. Rasmussen, Mrs. James Faulkner, Mrs. Harry Hanline and Mrs. Basil Olsen. A special party for husbands of club members was planned and will be held March 1. All members were present at the Jensen home. List includes Mrs. Merlin Larsen, Mrs. Herbert Merrill, Mrs. P. W. Jensen, Mrs. E. J. Past presidents present were Mrs. Elmo Nielsen, Mrs. Willis Hansen, Mrs. John Rossi, Mrs. Dan OToole, Mrs. Charles Dredge and Mrs. Robert Pella, Mrs. OToole . and Mrs. Rossi were unable to attend. The meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Clair Knudson, president, with Mrs. Knudson conducting the business meeting followed by a buffet luncheon. The buffet table was beautiful. Centerpiece was a white birthday cake daintily decorated with pink green and blue frosting holding six candles. The cake was surrounded by nosegays containing lovely handkerchiefs. Each lady present received a nosegay favor. Following the reading of a short story by Mrs. Bob Crompton the birthday cake was cut and served by Mrs. Elmo Nielsen, first president of .the club. Color captains in charge of the birthday party were: Mrs. Steve Anderson, Mrs. John Reese, Mrs. M.
