A large green dragon mounted on a black background with an authentic Chinese gong was on the opposite wall, Chinese red wall mats were placed over the windows and Chinese figurines and ming trees were on the window sills. Large ming trees filled each corner of the large room and Chinese lanterns hung from the celling. The Individual tables were very attractively centered with various colored bowls holding miniature ming trees. Favors were clever tiny Chinese lanterns with Chinese proverbs written on parchment. A delightful Chinese luncheon was served by approximately 20 fifth and sixth grade girls who were also wearing Chinese costumes. A St, Patricks day theme was used in the attractive tabl decorations and a delicious dinner was served. Remarks were made by the local cluh president, LaPreal Wight and Dr. George A. Boyce of the Intermountain Indian school, who spoke of the problems and objectives of the new school. Music was furnished by Ricks Knudsen and Billy t Robbins. .
