Second Ward Sunday School Present Program The Sunday school furnished in the Second ward last Sunday evening with Edward O. Norman, superintendent, in charge. The organ prelude was by Carol Johnson. Roma Jeppson talked on The Story of Fast Day, and Valeria Stokes spoke on the subject, "Offering Oblations Unto the Most High. No church welfare meeting will be held in connection with this conference. Theme of the meeting is Family Night, and the principal address will be on this topic. - Sacrament Meeting Held At Second Ward Lafayette Jensen, second counselor of the Second ward was in charge of sacrament and testimony meeting held last Sunday in the ward chapel. The prelude on the organ was by Renie H. Littlewood. The meeting was opened with the congregation singing, Come Let Us Anew, Our Journey Pursue, and Orvid Lee gave the opening prayer. As a sacramental number, the congregation sang, Hear Us Pray, and Bruce Nelson, Albert Hansen and 13 deacons served the sacrament. Dorothy Irene Hansen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Hansen was confirmed a member of the church by her father, after which twelve persons bore their testimonies. The closing song, Abide With Me, was followed by the closing song by Don Christensen.
