Korth, chairman of publicity for the big event. The affair is being planned to begin at 8 p. m. in the cafeteria at the Box Elder high school, the Saturday night of Peach Days, September 11. Helen Wright Jeppson is general chairman of the reunion and is being assisted by a group of classmates living in and near Brigham City. Invitations mail ed last month are bringing in teresting replies and many promises of the class members being present Saturday night. O. Dee Lund has made arrange menus for a clever and timely program which will bring each and every class member present into the limelight during the evening. Refreshments and dancing are being planned as part of the evenings program of events. Snjder of the University of Massachusetts, adult advisor to the NJ.V.G.A. Tiie local entrants are competing with bos and girls Lorn 43 other states for $6, IKK) in scholarship funds provided annually for this contest. The awards include $300 national championship prize, four $200 regional awards, 33 sectional awards of $100 each and four $10 awards in each state. Awards are made at the associations annual con ventiun which this year will be held at Detroit, December 6 to 9. The program, for junior grow ers from 14 to 21 years of age, stresses improved and more ef ficient methods of prdouction and marketing as applied to vegetables.
