Denny, Abilene, Tex. and sister Mrs. Fred (Barbara) Murray, Mapleton, Utan. FUNERAL services were Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Burial was in the Kaysville Cemetery. Albert Edgar Denny, 74, 290 Fort Lane, Layton, died March 19, 1977 at Davis North Medical Center. He was born Nov. 15, 1902 in Beaver, Utah, a son of Edgar Rudolph and Emma Julia Skinner Denny. S. HE MARRIED Anna Euzell Thompson on Sept. 23, 1924 in the St. George LDS Temple. He was a High Priest in the Layton First Ward. He served in Sunday School bishosuperintendencies, as and Priest High prics, group leader. Supervisor and worker in the Salt Lake and Ogden Temples. SHE HAD been a resident of Kaysville for most of her life. Member of Kaysville 8th Ward, had served as Relief Society teacher. Surviving are nieces and MARRIED Worthen on March 24, 1940 in Pocatello, Ida. For 39 years he had been employed in the civil service. He had been a general equipment examiner at Hill Air Force Base. He was also a cattleman. MR. PETRO served in the U.S. Navy during world war II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8307 and the Ogden Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie 2472. He was reared and educated in Provo. Later, he moved to Salt Lake City and in 1949 he moved to Clearfield. He has resided in Layton the past 11 years. SURVIVING are his widow of Layton; two sons were PALLBEARERS Chester King, Parley Green, Sidney Bass, C. Frank Butler, Norman Nance and Reuben Bennett.
