Wynn Dies In Train Accident Max Lorin Wynn, 40, of 2211 N. 300 W. in Sunset was killed Monday morning when his truck cab was sliced in half by a train after he drove around railroad crossing barricades. MR. WYNN was southbound on Main Street in Clearfield about 7:15 a.m. Monday morning on his way to work when warning lights began flashing and crossing barricades dropped on his side of the street because of an oncoming Union Pacific freight train. HE WAS employed as a mechanic and truck driver for the Freeport Transportation Company and had lived the past two and one half years in Sunset. He was a member of the Sunset LDS First Ward and a former member of the Elks Lodge. Surviving are his widow of Sunset, one son and two daughters, Robert Todd Wynn and Miss Cynthia Wynn both of Guam; Miss Stacey Wynn, Sunset. Three stepsons and Richard two Jones, Fort Jackson, S. Car.; Rodney Jones, Stone, Ida.; Randy Jones, serving with the Marine Corps in Georgia; Mrs. Billy (Leilani) Criss-maPrice; Miss Susie Jones, Sunset and four grandchildren. tim stopped, then swung around the end of the barricade at a quarter mile along the track. Held For Allene Borgeson ALSO Funeral services for Allene A. Borgeson, Layton resident, were held Friday, Nov. 12 at Lindquist-Clearfiel- d the Pastor Harley Mortuary. Hunt of the Clearfield Community Church officiated at the services. Mrs. Borgeson died Nov. 9 in the St. Benedicts hospital following a long illness. She was 78. ALLENE A. Borgeson was born July 14, 1895 in Chat-fielMinn, to Edward and Anna E. Johnson Thompson. married She Henry A. d, Borgeson on October 8, 1919 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Her husband died February 6, 1935, North Dakota. Mrs. Borgeson worked as a payroll clerk at the Defense Depot in Ogden for 25 years. She retired in 1968. AFTER RESIDING in North Dakota for 30 years, she mtwed to Layton, in 1943. Her . schooling began in Chatfield, ; Minn, She graduated from Lankin, North Dakota High School and attended Normal Training School, Valley City, North Dakota. Until the time of her marriage. Mrs. Borgeson was a school teacher. She was a member of the Episcopal Church and a h charter member of Chapter 24, Order of Eastern Star in Clearfield. Mrs. Borgeson is survived by 3 sons and 1 daughter: Vernon R., Clearfield; Donald E. Bryan, Texas; Richard H., Tacoma, Washington: Mrs. Kenneth (Beverly) Louaason, San Francisco, Calif. She hao 11 grandchildren. Her sisters are Mrs. Annette C. Dubin, Layton and Mrs. Francis Hinkley, St. Paul, Minn. Inspiration for this first book came before Mr. Maher belonged to the L.D.S. Church. As a member of the U.S. Air Force on a tour of Watkins are chairpersons in charge of planning the dinner.
