(2) If you are allergic to a certain material or finish a lining will prevent itching. (3) Linings add bouffancy to skirta or sleeves. When lining a that is choosing fabrics for garment select a fabric firm, and k, will not ravel easily. Not every dress needs ' a lining, but for those- that do, consider the style of the garment and the garment fabric before buying the lining matewool rial. For dresses and skirts choose sheath lining,' China silk, or lightweight taffeta. For silk shanting and similar fabrics use China ailk or lightweight taffeta. Announcement of the new program was made by SSgt. Bob Elbie, local Air Force recruiting representative, who stated that both male and female nurses are eligible to apply.
